(Mooncake is a traditional cake from Asia.) Finally, R&D team successfully developed SD-97W through market experiences and continuous verification. SD-97W Automatic Encrusting and Forming Machine

SD-97W is an Automatic Encrusting and Forming Machine that is especially designed to make the fluffy filling and lightly crispy wrapper products. With two hoppers for two kinds of dough, it is capable of making products with dual color wrapper. There are 9 sets of parameters to save production time. Simply put dough and filling into the machine and push the start button to quickly produce products. By changing different filling, dough, and forming mold sets, the machine can make a wide variety of food, not only kibbeh, but also falafel, mochi, maamoul, coxinha, cookie, etc.

Besides, it includes a built-in IoT system which automatically detects the parts that require maintenance and send alerts; this can prevent unexpected mechanical problems, significantly reducing machine downtime. The production data can also be overseen in real time remotely and support decision making for management through Big Data Analytics. Kibe (Kibbeh) is a Middle Eastern Levantine dish traditionally made of bulgur (smashed wheat), minced onions and finely ground lean beef or lamb. Names are slightly different, you might hear kibbeh, kibbe, kobeba, kubbeh, kebbah or kubbi, (Arabic: كبة‎). It is popular food in Arabian countries, such as Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Syria, etc. Due to the high demand, it is easy to purchase Kibe (Kibbeh) online. Besides, the vegan/vegetarian kibbeh market which is experiencing strong growth recently. People use chickpeas, pumpkins, or potatoes for making the fillings. It not only reduces calories but also becomes a new healthy choice.

Food Ingredient

For base-bulgur/onion/ground lamb/allspice/coriander/black pepper/salt, For filling-onion/ground lamb/ground allspice/cinnamon/black pepper/salt/pine nut

Making the base

(1) Soak fine bulgur in water for 10 minutes and drain off. (2) Chop the onion. (3) Put the chopped onion, ground lamb, allspice, coriander, black pepper, and salt in a food processor. Process them into soft paste. (4) Put the mixture in a bowl and cover with cling film. Then, refrigerate it.

Making the filling

(1) Heat oil in a frying pan. (2) Add the chopped onion, ground lamb in the frying pan and fry until brown. (3) Season with ground allspice, cinnamon, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine. (4) Set aside to cool and add in pine nuts.

Shaping

(1) Take the base mixture out from the fridge. (2) Dampen hands before forming Kibe (Kibbeh). (3) Take some paste and roughly shape it into a ball. (4) Make a hole in the middle. (5) Scoop some filling and fill in the hole. (6) Seal the top and shape it into a rugby-shaped Kibe (Kibbeh).
