ANKO’s SR-27 Spring Roll Production Line – Designed for High Volume Spring Roll Producers
An ANKO client is from the Philippines had a Spring Roll factory before moving to the USA. After relocating to the USA, this client started another production operation with semi-automatic Spring Roll machines and began to sell their products. With increasing sales and market demand, this client approached ANKO for assistance with building a production line that could meet their increased production requirements. After rigorous communication, ANKO’s R&D team developed the SR-27 Automatic Spring Roll Production Line which has a capacity of producing 2,400 to 2,700 pieces per hour, and a newly designed filling system that can process a wide variety of ingredients. Toward the final stages of this project, ANKO offered remote product testing and virtual meetings to ensure the client was satisfied with the results. This client was very pleased with ANKO’s automated food machine, customized consultation services, and the increased production volume.

ANKO Created Extra Thick Spring Roll Wrappers for a German Company to Resolve Thinner Ready-made Wrappers
The client was using ready-made spring roll pastry sheets to produce organic fried spring rolls. Though he has to devote extra time on reprocessing each sheet before use, and reaching the thickness with the feeling of satiety. In order to increase overall efficiency, the initiation to implement his own pastry sheet production line rooted in his mind. He then found a Taiwanese food machine manufacturer called ANKO, which has years of experience in researching and developing food machinery. Not only can they modify the recipe according to the accessible local ingredients, but most importantly to solve the production problems that the client faced. Which is to produce extra thick spring roll wrapper that is 35 grams in weight and 0.9 mm in thickness.

ANKO’s Spring Roll Production Line provides Solutions for a Jordanian Client’s Vegetable Spring Roll Manufacturing Issues
The client's products are Halal food, including spring roll with vegetable stuffing, chicken and onion stuffing, cheese stuffing as well as beef stuffing, permissible for Muslims. At the end of Ramadan, fasting was not required. It was the time for people to go shopping and buy food; as a result, the client received a large number of spring roll (cigar roll) orders. He uses three semi-automatic spring roll production machines, which need employees to wrap rolls by hand. Anko machines are satisfying for him. For the reason, the client considered to order a new spring roll machine with special folding and rolling device, in order to reduce labor costs, increase capacity, and control the quality of standardization. (The SR-24 is no longer available. The new model is SR-27 machine.)

ANKO Customized a Har Gow Machine and Provided Production Solutions for a Client in Hong Kong
The client begins business by manufacturing seasoning. Up to now, the company has been established for more than one hundred years, providing delicious, health, and safety food to gourmets. Since their dim sum products are on the market in 1990, they have applied ANKO's stir fryers (SF Series), dumpling making machines (HLT-700 Series), spring roll production line (SR-24), semi-automatic spring roll production line (SRPF Series) to produce and sale frozen foods, including Chinese fried rice/noodle and various kinds of dim sum, in many countries. With the growth of demands, the supply of Har Gow (Shrimp dumpling), made by hand, was unable to meet a large number of orders. This client still purchased an automatic dumpling machine with Har Gow (Shrimp dumpling) forming device from ANKO because they believe in our machine quality, which achieves the client's ideas with regard to strictly maintaining sanitary environment, controlling every production process, and providing the safest food to consumers.

ANKO's Automated Samosa Pastry Machine Boosts Productivity for a Kuwait Client's Samosa Production
A production process of samosa pastry starts from repeatedly rolling out pastry, then stacking in a pile, separating one by one, striping pastry. The complex process spends a lot of time and labor costs. ANKO's Samosa Pastry Sheet Machine can hourly produce 16,200 pieces of samosa pastry with standard size and automatically stack in piles.
