Can I test the machine and make food before I place an order?

What if my recipe is confidential or I cannot go to ANKO?

It is better to provide the basic ratio of ingredients in your recipe or any recipe which is close to yours. We can provide a machine trial report that helps you know the machine performance. However, a slight difference will affect the taste a lot. We highly recommend you to come over to ANKO with prepared filling and dough or you could prepare them in our food lab. During the visit, we can give comprehensive presentation, have detailed discussion, and solve your problems immediately.

Do you provide recipe consulting service?

If you need any help with recipe or production process adjustment, we are able to provide professional suggestions according to your needs. Our food researchers and sales engineers have very sound knowledge of ingredients, foods, and production process. We also have built the industry's first recipe library, which records up to 300 ethnic foods around the world, from Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern, Latin, to European cuisine.

I would like to start up a food business/expand my business. Could you make a plan for me?

If I want to add ANKO's food making machine to my existing production line, could you help me combine all machines together and optimize my factory layout?

Please let us know what machines you have and their functions. ANKO's engineers will carefully study the compatibility of your and our machines and provide the most appropriate solutions for you.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, every machine carries one-year warranty.

What is covered under the warranty?

The warranty covers all machine parts, excluding consumable parts and accessories. We will provide new components for replacement as long as the damage isn't caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized service, or accidents. Do you provide machine training?

We can send an engineer to your site or you can directly come to ANKO's factory for an on-site training. You will receive training in how to operate, trouble-shoot, and maintain the machine. And we provide a copy of operation manual to every machine. You can also ask for videos or photos of machine installation and setting for learning how to operate machine well. (Note: Customer will have to afford air fare, food, hotel & local transport and training fee per day)
