From Stable Production to New Product Development: ANKO and Local Agent Support Maamoul Production Success in Saudi Arabia
The client operates a food factory in Saudi Arabia, producing a wide range of baked goods with strong local market recognition and diversified sales channels. To expand its product line, the client planned to introduce Maamoul, a traditional Middle Eastern festive pastry, into production. Having previously worked with ANKO’s local agent to implement SRP equipment, the client was confident in its machine quality and local support, and chose ANKO again for this project. After evaluation, the client purchased the SD-97W Automatic Encrusting and Forming Machine together with the STA-360 Automatic Stamping and Aligning Machine for Maamoul production. Through integrated operation, the client successfully produces Maamoul with stable quality and a handmade-like appearance, while expanding its product line to meet market demand.

ANKO's Automatic Steamed Custard Bun Machine Achieves the Demand for Increased Production for a Taiwanese Company
The dining group operates Cantonese restaurants, hot pot buffets, and Japanese buffets for satisfying various consumers. They used to make their food products by hand. With more and more restaurants opened, the continuing growth in demand for steamed custard buns in all types of their restaurants prompted the company to invest in a new machine to extend its offerings. it's a turn to transform handmade into automatic production. Chefs hoped to maintain food quality while cutting cost so that they found ANKO. We have the largest market share in Taiwan food machine industry and our machine can help them meet the growing demand. After testing our SD-97W, they are satisfied with the multifunctional encrusting and forming machine which offers them the flexibility in production. In addition to steamed custard bun mentioned above, they also use the machine to produce sesame balls.
